Using this website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to find out about our shops, menus and events. Please don’t use it unlawfully, try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it to pass off as your own. We may update or take down any part of the site at any time.
Menus, prices and availability
We work to keep menus, prices, opening hours and other details on this site accurate and up to date, but they can change, and items can sell out. The information here is for guidance — the menu, prices and availability in each shop (and on our delivery partners’ platforms) at the time you order are what apply.
Allergens and dietary needs:our food and drinks are prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, soya, sesame and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee any item is free from traces. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please ask our staff before you order.
Ordering and delivery
We don’t take orders or payments through this website. Orders placed through a delivery partner such as Uber Eats or Fantuan are subject to thatplatform’s terms, pricing and delivery arrangements, not ours.
Bookings and events
Table bookings and private event enquiries are arranged by phone or email with the relevant shop. A request isn’t confirmed until we confirm it back to you. Any deposit or specific arrangements for an event will be agreed with you directly at the time.
Our content
The content on this site — including the Mr Tea name and logo, text, photographs, illustrations and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites (such as delivery partners, maps or social media), we do so for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their terms.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website “as is”. While we take care over it, we don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the “last updated” date above, is the one that applies.
